Finding the Right Restraint Tools

I’ve been exploring different restraint options for our more anxious patients and wanted to hear what others find most effective. We recently started using a few different types of wraps and muzzles, and while some staff prefer one style, others have seen better results with another. What tools do you swear by when handling nervous pets?

From my experience, I’ve found that using a little time to desensitize them with a gentle wrap before handling makes a huge difference. It’s like you said, ‘others have seen better results with another’ — different pets need different approaches. Have you tried any specific techniques with the wraps yet?
