From 8–10 a.m. the phones explode, and I want our front-desk-to-VA handoff to be crystal clear — what are the must-have details you want every time so you can move fast and keep clients calm? We’re using a whiteboard plus a Cornerstone flag; I can tweak the check-in script or note format if there’s a faster way to get you what you need.
I’d standardize the handoff to a one-liner in Cornerstone and on the board: “CC + urgency (red/yellow/green), meds/allergies, best callback #,” like a pit-stop card. Add a timestamp and initials so we know what’s aging; if phones explode, it’s fine to skip non-urgent history and just flag “needs triage now.” Would you be open to grabbing a quick weight at check-in to save dosing back-and-forth?
