I’ve been noticing an increase in last-minute appointment cancellations lately, and it’s been tough to fill those slots on short notice. Has anyone found effective ways to handle this? I’m considering implementing a follow-up call reminder system to help keep clients accountable and engaged. Would love to hear what’s worked or what hasn’t.
, this drives me nuts too! I’ve tried sending reminder texts the day before, and it helped a bit, but it’s still hit or miss. > I’m considering implementing a follow-up call reminder system to help keep clients accountable. Have you thought about using automated systems for that?
Maybe try sending a reminder text 48 hours ahead instead? It’s worked better for me. @rlennox24, have you considered that timing too?
I totally get the struggle with arthritis in older pets; it drives me nuts sometimes — i’ve had some luck using laser therapy alongside joint supplements — my clients have seen notable improvements. But it can be pricey, so it’s worth discussing with the pet owners about their budget. @sophieM56, have you tried anything like this?
Follow-up calls can help, but I’ve also seen success with automated texts sent two days prior. Have you thought about integrating both methods? @chloe_92.
