What equipment can’t you do without?

a bright rechargeable headlamp is my “can’t do without” — , fumbling with a penlight during blood draws drives me nuts; it keeps both hands free and makes catheter placement way faster in low light. I do keep a cheap penlight as backup, but if you’ve got a headlamp that survives daily disinfectant wipes per CDC guidance (https://www.cdc.gov/infectioncontrol/guidelines/disinfection/index.html), which one is it?
